Work + Autumn + Weekend.

Hello (:

Hope you're Friday is finding you well, I cant believe it's the weekend already! This week (in my opinion) flew by.

Only in the Midwest can you have a 103 degree day at the beginning of the week, and at the end of the week have a day where the low is 49 and the high is 63. I was praying for fall weather, and I sure got it. I've been wearing a hoodie and jeans all day, I love it!

This week at work was a pretty big learning curve for me, trying to memorize all the horses, which stalls they go in, what medication and grains to give them. It can get over whelming, but with the Lords help I have come pretty close to memorizing most everything I need to know.

A special needs person volunteered at work the other day, his name is Austin.  He volunteers occasionally. He pretty much just goes around the stables and does random little jobs that we tend to put off, but on Tuesday he helped me do all the morning chores. He is a very smart guy, just slower the most people. I enjoy talking to him, I like hearing his aspect on life and what he thinks. Though after just a few minutes of talking to him, I quickly realized how much he is in need of the Lord. He was telling me about some of his family members and what terrible things they have done to him. He continued on saying how they need to "burn in hell" for what they have done.

I was quite shocked with what he had said, it also bothered me. I asked him "why do they deserve to burn in hell" he then said "cause of all the bad things they have done". I asked him if he has done anything wrong, and he began to list off things he has done. He then asked me if I have done "bad things", and I told him I have done plenty of wrong stuff. I went on telling him that since we both have done awful, terrible things we both deserved to go to hell.

Austin got really quiet, I told him that "even though I deserve hell I wont be going there when I die, I've been saved from sin...I'll be spending eternity in Heaven".
He started to change subjects rather quickly, (I believe he knew where I was going with this) and anytime I started talking about the Lord or Church he would ignore me or talk about something completely different.

He usually works two days in a row, but he didn't come back the next day. I'm praying God works on his heart, and hopefully I can get another chance to talk to him. If you think about it, keep him in you're prayers (:

Well the Autumn season is coming upon us, mama got the pumpkin, and leaf decorations out. My all time favorite season, I love the colors and the brisk weather. (:

My nephew and niece's are spending the weekend with us, it's always so much fun having them here. Never a quiet boring moment, but I love it (:

That's what I love about Sundays

Hey Yall(:
My Saturday was a pretty relaxed day, I did have to work early morning and afternoon. But after I got home it was nice to just relax. My mama made some of her amazing chocolate chip cookies

Elijah

I personally think the dough is the best part (;

Last night my younger siblings and I were all sitting in the family room watching the movie (Epic). The parts of the movie I saw, I thought it was pretty cute. Anyways, I was laying on the family room floor watching it. I must have been super exhausted because I not only fell asleep during the movie, but also stayed sleeping on the floor all night!

My morning started out with a lot of stretching and back cracking, Sleeping on the floor all night is hard on the body. (:

I took a shower, got ready for church. I ate an apple for breakfast, and drank some orange juice. We all did some house cleaning before we left because we had company over after church. After we finished up the house and everybody finished getting ready we left for church.
The service was really good this morning, we have been going through James 4. The title of the sermon was "Like there is no tomorrow". It was about how we need to plan our lives towards God.
I'm one of those people that love to plan things, I like to think ahead and schedule stuff. There is nothing wrong with making plans and planning ahead, but it is wrong when I don't ask the Lord for guidance towards the plans.

Do not factor Christ out of you're life, it's foolish to plan without God. Pastor gave 2 reasons why its foolish, 1) Life is uncertain. 2) Life is brief.
"He comes out like a flower and withers; he flees like a shadow and continues not". Job 14:2
Life is so short, we NEED to live the short time that we have on this earth for the Lord!
God has the real plan for our lives. "that they should seek God" Acts 17:27b
"To know the will of God is the greatest knowledge, and the greatest achievement".
I love it when the Lord puts just the lesson I need to hear in my personal devotion, or sermon at church. Looking towards Gods guidance for my future is something I need to work on more!
After service we headed home to get lunch ready, and then some of our friends started showing up(:
It was a nice Sunday after noon of fellowship. Though, I will admit....I was watching some football. My family is loyal football fans to our teams. I my self am a Green Bay Packer fan!!!! GO GREEN BAY!

Daddy, Seth, Hannah Joy, Isaac, and Elijah are Vikings fans. Ben is a Cowboy fan, Zac and Bambie are Bills fans, Evan and Heather are Bronco fans, Mama I believe is a Seahawk fan, Abigail is a GREAN BAY fan!!!! I'm not sure if Eve has a favorite team, she tends to cheer for who ever is winning.
Football Sundays tend to be loud and crazy at our house, (which is actually normal for any day)!
I'm so glad football season is here, love watching it with my family.

Tonight at church the kids program starts, its called Kids 4 Truth. I will be helping my mama and sister teach the kindergarten class. I'm excited to see what the Lord has in store for the year!

Hope you're weekend has been a wonderful one, what did you do? What was you're church service about? I would love to hear about it(:

God Bless-

A fun September day

Hey everyone (:

Well today was a good day at work, I work at a horse stable. Which is such an amazing job, I have worked with horses before this. But when we moved 2 years ago I wasn't able to work there anymore, (though I have had a couple jobs in between) It's a blessing to be able to work with horses again.

(this isn't a picture from the place I actually work at, but I was working on this horse before I rode it)

A family friend of ours gave us a couple bags of tomato's, pepper's, and cucumber's, so we decided to can some of them. My mama, my sister Eve, and I had a lot of fun, when we started cutting up the pepper's, little did we know how hot they were. It was hard to breath while cutting them cause it burned. My mama started cutting them and we all started coughing, it was slightly amusing!

Yesterday I made an ice tea, which was made out of; lemons, strawberries, and mint tea. It was so good, and pretty good for you! Today I made a fruit drink, I put water in a mason jar and cut up cucumbers and strawberries and shook it up. Its also pretty tasty (:

I think it would also be pretty good with lemons and blueberries, I will have to try it sometime.

Hope you are having an amazing day, and Lord willing I'll be writing again soon (:
God Bless!

Fun pictures/sewing with friends

Hey yall(:

The past couple days, we have had absolutely GORGEOUS weather. The house windows have been opened all day with a wonderful breeze blowing through, and at night the sky has been so clear that you are able to see every star. The past couple weeks it has been so hot out, in the high 90's. A day last week it even hit 103, I couldn't wait for fall to get here so we would have cooler weather. But with this 70 degree weather, fall can hold off a bit longer (:

My sisters and I took advantage of this perfect weather and took some fun, silly, pictures. When we have our "photo shoots" most of the time we are laughing our heads off and can hardly stand still for any picture. My little sisters can make me laugh like there is no tomorrow, they are full of craziness and silly ideas..which they probably learned that from me (;

Eve and Maddie did some sewing and made little bags, and yes Elijah wanted to help a bit(;
Hope you all enjoy these photos, and have a good evening! God Bless- Hannah Sue

Birthday Party + Nephews

Hey(:

Saturday, we celebrated my nephew (Brentley) 2nd birthday party. I can not believe he is already 2 years old, it just doesn't seem possible. It was a nice little party, most of my family was able to make it. With a family of 9 kids, and over half of them moved out and live on their own, its kinda hard to get everyone at the same place at once. When we can all get together, it is a crazy packed house! (:
Hope you're having a great Sunday! God bless -Hannah Sue

Spring days that feel like summer.

Hey Yall (:
These last couple days have been pretty good! Sunday, (mothers day) I do believe my mama had a special day. We got her a few presents, and made a nice lunch. Even though we turned the oven on but forgot to put the casserole in before we left for morning service, so we came home to a cooked ham but nothing to go with it. I cant say we didn't try to make a special lunch, but with us something always is bound to go wrong in the kitchen (:

We had a relaxing afternoon with the family playing yard games, and enjoying the beautiful weather. In the evening I made brownies with Dove Chocolate pieces in it, they were amazing! You just cant go wrong with brownies, but especially when you add Dove chocolate to them

Monday, I had a nice day at work, the boys and I were outside most of the day. After I got off work, me, my sisters and my mama finished up dress shopping for the wedding. I think were all set and ready for it! (:

Tuesday, (yesterday) we had a grill out for my brother, to celebrate graduating college. We had a good time, except for the fact that it was 97 degrees out. Its kind of funny how on my open house it was 40 some degrees and then a couple weeks later for my brothers little party its in the high 90’s! I will never understand Midwest weather, its so unpredictable.

Yesterday evening after the grill out, me and my brother Isaac went to the lake to cool off/adventure off. Our plan was to just put our legs in the water but we ended up practically swimming (: We walked home from the lake, which is about 2 miles. We weren't even wearing our shoes, just walking barefoot every where. I love that about summer, walking with out shoes is amazing!

By the time we got home the sun was starting to go down, and we had to spray off with the garden hose before we went inside the house. It started off just me and Isaac spraying off our feet and legs, but 2 other siblings got involved so it turned into a water fight! (:

Hope you yall are having a great day, God bless!
